BASF has appointed Derek Fairclough as senior vice president, dispersions and pigments, in North America. He is based in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Fairclough joined BASF in 2009 as part of the Ciba Corporation acquisition. He was named senior vice president, paper chemicals, in North America in June 2009.
